
Schedule Site Visits & Meetings
Don't rely on memory. When a client agrees to see a plot, schedule a 'Site Visit' directly in the CRM. Assign it to a specific agent, set the date/time, and the system will remind both the agent and the client before the meeting.
Why this matters:
- Prevents missed appointments and 'No Shows'.
- Keeps a permanent record of how many visits were done for a specific client.
- Allows managers to see which agents are actually going to the field.
