At Aiksol360, we are committed to data privacy and providing clear processes for data management. Our platform interacts with Facebook data in two distinct ways:

User Account Login: For users who log in to the Aiksol360 platform using their Facebook account.

Facebook Lead Generation: For our clients who connect their Facebook Ad accounts to gather leads from Facebook Lead Ads into the Aiksol360 CRM.

This page outlines the data deletion procedures for both cases.

This process is for deleting your personal Aiksol360 user profile (e.g., your login credentials, name, and email received from Facebook).

Important: This action will delete your individual user login. It will not delete your organization's shared "Company CRM Data" (such as customer lists, deals, or contacts). This data is owned by your organization.

How to Request Deletion:

To request the deletion of your personal Aiksol360 login account, please send an email to our support team at [email protected].

Once we receive and verify your request, we will process the deletion of your user account within 30 days.

This process is for Aiksol360 users (our clients) who need to delete specific lead data that was collected via Facebook Lead Ads and imported into the CRM.

As our client, you are the "Data Controller" for the leads you collect. Aiksol360 is the "Data Processor," and we provide you with the tools to manage and delete this data upon request.

If a lead (an end-user) contacts you and requests their data be deleted, you can do so directly within the Aiksol360 platform.

How to Delete a Specific Lead:

• Step 1: Log in to your Aiksol360 account.
• Step 2: Navigate to the Leads section of the CRM.
• Step 3: Use the search bar to find the specific lead by their name, email, or phone number.
• Step 4: Click the delete icon button in the action column, and your lead will go to the recycle bin.
• Step 5: Navigate to Recycle Lead.
• Step 6: Use the search bar to find the specific lead by their name, email, or phone number.
• Step 7: Click the delete Icon button in the action column.
• Step 8: Confirm the action. This will permanently remove that lead's data from your Aiksol360 CRM.
• Step 9: Navigate to the Contacts screen.
• Step 10: Use the search bar to find the specific contact by their name, email, or phone number.
• Step 11: Click the delete Icon button in the action column.
• Step 12: Confirm the action. This will permanently remove that contact from your Aiksol360 CRM.
