How are commissions calculated?

What happens to commission if a file is canceled?

Our system respects local market norms. Once the commission criteria (e.g., 25% recovery) is met and paid, it is recorded as a finalized expense. If the file is canceled later, the system handles the client refund separately without forcing a reversal of the broker's payout.
