What do CRM and ERP stand for, and how do they relate to 'property management' or 'sales management' software?
CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. This is your Sales software, focused entirely on managing and nurturing relationships with clients and prospects (your 'Leads Management' software). ERP stands for Enterprise Resource Planning. This is your Back-Office Engine, focused on managing core operations like accounting, projects, and inventory. Your clients often refer to this as 'Property Management' or 'Files Management' or 'Accounts Management software.
What is the main difference between your CRM and ERP products?
Think of it this way: The two systems work together to manage the complete sales lifecycle. Our CRM is your sales & marketing engine (the 'front-office'). It's built to help your sales team capture, manage, and follow up on leads to close more deals. Our ERP is your operations & finance engine (the 'back-office'). It takes over the moment a deal is closed to manage the results of that sale. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Can I customize invoices and receipts with my company logo?

We are actively working on a feature that will allow leads to sync directly from these portals into your CRM in future updates.

Does your ERP include a full accounting module?

It generates key financial reports including project-specific Profit & Loss statements, cash flow analysis, 6-column trial balance, aging reports, and specialized recovery reports for tracking upcoming and overdue installments.
Does the system track the history of File Transfers?
Yes. Aiksol360 maintains a complete, tamper-proof audit trail of every file or plot. You can view the entire ownership history, from the original booking through every subsequent transfer, ensuring complete transparency and easier dispute resolution.
Is Aiksol360 a cloud-based or a desktop software?
Aiksol360 is 100% cloud-based. This means you don't need to install any software or manage servers. You and your team can access your account securely from anywhere, at any time, using any modern web browser or our mobile app.
What happens if my office internet goes down?
Because Aiksol360 is cloud-based, it requires an internet connection to sync data in real-time. However, the system is optimized to work perfectly on 4G/5G mobile data. If your office fiber goes down, you can simply switch to a mobile hotspot or use our mobile app to continue working without interruption.
What happens to my data if I stop paying for my subscription?
We maintain a 90-day data safety net. If your subscription ends, your data is kept securely in a 'read-only' state for 90 days. During this time, you can reactivate your account to restore full access. After 90 days, per our security policy, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
How secure is my business data? Who owns my data?
We prioritize your security. Your data is hosted on secure, industry-leading cloud infrastructure with advanced encryption. You own 100% of your data. If you ever choose to cancel, you can easily download your ledgers, contacts, and leads directly from the system. Alternatively, you can request a full export by emailing us at [email protected].
Can I control what my staff sees and does in the system?
Yes. We provide advanced role-based access control (RBAC). You can create different user roles (e.g., Sales Agent, Accountant, Admin) and define exactly what modules, features, and financial data each role can access or modify, ensuring strict data privacy internally.
I keep my records in Excel. Why is Aiksol360 safer?

The charges for this assistance are determined based on the volume and complexity of your data.
How long does the setup process take?
Setup time is minimal. We can have your new account configured within 3-4 working days.
What kind of training and support do you provide?
We provide comprehensive initial training to get your team fully operational. To support your future growth and new hires, we provide 24/7 access to our extensive digital library of video tutorials and step-by-step guides. This allows you to easily onboard new staff internally. If you require additional live training sessions in the future, these can be arranged upon request.
Is your customer support available in Urdu?
Yes, absolutely. Our support team is based in Pakistan and provides full, responsive assistance in both Urdu and English via phone, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring your entire staff is always supported.
Do I have to pay extra for future updates or new features?
It depends on the update. All security patches, performance improvements, and enhancements to the tools in your current plan are 100% free and automatic. However, if we release a completely new module or feature that is exclusive to a higher-tier plan, you will need to upgrade your subscription to access it.
Can you build a custom feature specifically for my business?
